PvPvE structure
Eight players compete across three rounds with mid-round culling. PvE pressure is constant, but the scoreboard is still written by player fights and objective control.
Short session windows
Each test window was only a few hours. That rewarded players who had already learned Lowanro routes — practice the map in the final game the same way you would practice a raid night.
Virtue economy
Virtue decides who advances and who is culled. The test made one lesson obvious: passive farming without contesting objectives is how you quietly lose.
Matchmaking feel
Early reports suggested strong demand and busy lobbies. If a future test opens, expect queue pressure at session start — log in before the window, not at the buzzer.
Performance on Switch 2
The test targeted native Switch 2 play, including handheld mode. Network stability mattered as much as combat skill during peak hours.
What transfers to launch
Map knowledge, Virtue tempo, and compact/kin habits will carry forward. Weapons and exact balance numbers may change, but the decision loop will not.
How to use the test notes
Rewatch your clips with the map open. Most improvement comes from noticing where you lost Virtue, not from mechanical flash — pathing is the skill check The Duskbloods actually grades.

An exact calendar date for the full release has not been confirmed. Until then, treat delay rumors as rumors and use this schedule as the last official multiplayer stress signal.
